A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within that 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit. An additional $15.00 deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation.
Any client that doesn’t show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future sessions in-full when scheduling.
For all appointments, there is a 15 minute window from the start time of your appointment for you to arrive. Any clients who do not arrive within those 15 minutes will be considered no-shows and will forfeit their deposit.

All potential navel piercings require an anatomy consult prior to the actual piercing. Without that consultation, we will not pierce. Going through the consultation does NOT guarantee a piercing for the client.
